During these uncertain times, we are here for you. We've proudly served you for more than 100 years and our commitment to you remains as steadfast as ever. As we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we're taking steps to make sure we can continue to serve you while maintaining everyone's health and safety.

Starting Tuesday, March 24th, through April 24th, the Kansas City area will be under a Stay-At-Home order. Businesses that are considered essential may remain operational, and that includes real estate. It is imperative that we abide by these rules and reduce the amount of COVID 19 cases as much as possible. We will only conduct business that is urgent or essential as we continue to serve you safely and with peace of mind. Therefore, we will abide by the following procedures.

All ReeceNichols offices will be closed to the public except by appointments. Our agents will be able to meet with you virtually and discuss details via email or phone. If you see a house you're interested in, your agent may show it to you virtually. Although we will not support physical open houses until further notice, your agent may host a virtual open house for you. Our core services, including lending, insurance and title will continue to support our agents, but will do so via mobile or virtual tools. Kansas City Title will continue to conduct closings in our offices with only the necessary signers in attendance. We are doing all of this to keep our clients, our agents and our employees safe.
