If you are no longer a full time agent, or have moved out of your area, you can still keep your license active by transferring to the Mid-America Referral Network (MARN), where you can continue to earn money by sending your referrals to ReeceNichols through our referral network. MARN is a great way to stay connected in the real estate market—and earn extra money at the same time.
Through MARN, you can refer your family, friends, past clients and customers to an agent of your choice—or we can match them up with someone in their area. You can refer residential buyers and sellers, plus any commercial referrals through Reece Commercial. We can even accept out-of-town or international referrals through our relationship with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Members of MARN can:
- Keep their REALTOR licenses active
- Stop paying local, state, national dues
- Avoid paying MLS fees
- Get continuing education classes to maintain your licensing
- Participate for free—when you actively submit referrals (only $75/year otherwise)
We handle all of the MARN transfer paperwork for you. A Kansas license transfer costs only $15, while a Missouri license transfer costs $50. Since your real estate license remains active, you must still renew every 2 years and take your 12 hours of continuing education classes.
