Real estate is a relationship based business and to be successful, you have to get to know people, which sometimes requires engaging in small talk. Not everybody is born with the knack for small talk, but you can take steps to improve! We sat down with Debbie White, an agent in our Lee’s Summit office, to find out how to take the stress out of small talk and create a quality conversation.
